Training Manager

As a training manager you will ensure that the training activities within Westinghouse Sweden are conducted in a quality-assured, standardized and efficient manner. You will evaluate the effect of training programs and see where we can develop it for the best results. You will look at the training program as a full and also more detailed at the curriculum in the different courses. You will collaborate with our global Learning & Development team.

You will report to the Operational Excellence Manager and be located at Bränslegatan, Västerås. The position is hybrid, meaning you can work remotely a few days per week when it suits the work schedule.

• Manager position with one employee.
• Ensure that we use and implement the industry's Systematic Approach to Training (SAT).
• Support us during audits with questions regarding training.
• Develop course curricula.
• Design training courses together with instructors and area specialists.
• Ensure that the trainings follow the same structure and methodology.
• Strategic support to management teams regarding long-term development for our employees.

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, Personnel, HR or similar area of expertise.
• 3+ years of experience in an similar role. Meritorious if within a international context.
• Administrative experience working with curricula and course material.
• Knowledge of long-term development strategies
• Knowledge of digital learning tools.
• Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
