We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

  • You have a University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Additional education in agile leadership, facilitation, or coaching is beneficial.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written — all team communication and documentation are in English. Swedish is a bonus.

Meritorious

  • You have experience within automotive, aftermarket, or workshop information systems.
  • You are familiar with large R&D organizations.
  • You have an understanding of product lifecycle, quality focus, and fact-based decision making.
  • You have experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
  • You have the ability to support continuous improvement, retrospectives, and value stream thinking.
  • You have hands-on experience with Jira.
  • You are a Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly meriting
  • You have proven experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development context.
  • You have experience leading cross-functional agile teams with developers, testers, and product owners.
  • You have strong skills in facilitation, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
  • You have solid understanding of development teams — their challenges, needs, and dynamics in delivering high-quality software.
  • You have an understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based systems (AWS preferred)
