Product & Engineering Team
Our Product & Engineering team, consisting of around 20 talented colleagues, plays a key role in delivering high-quality features. In our feedback-driven culture, every voice matters, supporting your personal and professional growth journey.

Together with the team, you will contribute to our DevOps-inspired approach, optimizing our product through continuous improvement and simplicity. We focus on
JavaScript full-stack development
using , TypeScript, , and AWS, and we emphasize collaborative practices such as pair programming and code reviews to create impactful solutions. We are also evolving our technical foundation by moving towards a layered architecture, strengthening the scalability, maintainability, and quality of our platform as we grow.

core strength and passion lie in frontend development
- building intuitive, accessible, and well-structured user interfaces. Curiosity about the broader stack is encouraged, but your main impact will be on the client side.

Key role responsibilities:

• Develop & Maintain Take ownership of frontend features and improvements, driving them from idea to production. You make pragmatic decisions that balance user needs, technical quality, and delivery speed within the agreed architectural direction.
• Collaborate & Influence Work closely with developers, product, and design to shape solutions early, contribute insights and feedback, and help the team make strong decisions together – while aligning with architectural guidance from our frontend architect.
• Thrive in Simplicity Write high-quality frontend code with a strong sense of structure, performance, and accessibility. You care about simplicity and long-term maintainability, and you follow established patterns and architectural principles.
• Raise the bar Actively contribute to code reviews, pair programming, and shared discussions. You help improve the codebase and ways of working through experience, feedback, and by leading through example.

• React & Modern Frontend Development You know your way around React and genuinely enjoy keeping up with modern frontend libraries, patterns, and best practices. Frontend fundamentals matter to you, and it shows how you structure components and build UIs. You are curious by nature and happy to explore new tools – including AI powered ones – that help you work smarter and write better frontend code.
• User experience & accessibility You love building user-friendly, accessible, and well-structured interfaces. Creating a great user experience is not an afterthought for you, it is a core part of how you approach frontend development.
• Frontend-first but Fullstack-aware Frontend is where your heart is, but you are not afraid to peek behind the curtain. You are comfortable navigating when needed and feel confident tracking down and fixing bugs, even when they stretch into backend territory.
• JavaScript & TypeScript You write modern JavaScript every day and are happy to do it in TypeScript. Clean, readable, and maintainable code is something you take pride in. You are open to using AI as part of your workflow, whether it is for learning, refactoring, debugging, or speeding up everyday tasks.
• Scalability, AWS & delivery You have built applications meant to last. You have worked with AWS and are familiar with DevOps practices like containerization and automated deployments, and you understand what it takes to get frontend code safely and smoothly into production.

Location & work setup
Our preferred setup is hybrid work from our Malmö office. While we welcome remote applications, candidates able to work in a hybrid setup will be prioritized.

This role requires authorization to work in Sweden as it's based in Sweden. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time, but we welcome applications from everyone eligible to work in the EU.
