The Opportunity
As an Account Executive Norway, you'll take a key role in our sales team and have the chance to shape how companies across the Nordics and Europe do business with the public sector. This isn't just another sales job — it's an opportunity to take real ownership, build long-term client relationships, and help shape the future of one of Europe's most exciting SaaS products.
We've built a groundbreaking product, and now we want to accelerate our growth. We're looking for someone eager to join the journey, create new business opportunities, and help our clients succeed in public procurement using cutting-edge AI technology.
What You'll Do
Drive the entire sales process with new and existing customers — from prospecting to closing
Build strong relationships with decision-makers
Identify and develop new business opportunities using Tendium's analytics and insights tools
Work closely with the product team to provide feedback and influence product development
Stay up to date on trends in public procurement, AI, and SaaS
Contribute to the continued growth and culture of the team and company
Who You Are
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or tech
Used to working independently and results-driven — you thrive on ownership and delivering against ambitious goals
Strong communicator with the ability to build trust at all levels of an organisation
Curious about AI, digitalisation, and how technology can transform business
Experience selling to the public sector is a plus, but not required
Fluent in Norwegian and highly proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Other European languages (B2+ level and above) is a plus
