About Us
Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.
Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we're turning possibility into reality.
Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.
When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn't good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you're excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.
We're not just shaping the future of legal tech — we're defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?
As we scale globally, our People Enablement team is laying the foundations for a high-performance organization built on trust, clarity, and speed.
We're now looking for a
People Program Manager
to design, drive, and execute the programs that shape how we develop, grow, and engage our teams. This is a unique role for someone who thrives at the intersection of organizational development, strategy, and execution - someone who wants to build something different from the traditional "People team playbook."
The Opportunity
You'll be the engine behind Legora's talent, development, and engagement programs - building the structures that help people grow, managers lead, and teams perform.
You won't be constrained by old HR norms; instead, you'll bring frameworks, problem-solving rigor, and creativity from consulting, organizational development, or complex project environments.
This role is perfect for someone who can turn ambiguity into clarity, translate strategy into repeatable systems, and bring innovation to how People teams design programs.
What You'll Do
- Design and run Legora's key people programs including talent reviews, performance calibration, promotions, and development initiatives.
- Build scalable frameworks that make talent management and performance simple, fair, and impactful across markets.
- Develop manager capability through learning experiences, toolkits, and clear, actionable guidance.
- Partner with leaders to identify team or organizational challenges and turn them into structured, measurable solutions.
- Use data, insights, and experimentation to continuously improve how we assess performance, develop talent, and drive engagement.
- Own end-to-end project management for People initiatives, from scoping and planning to execution and measurement.
- Collaborate with People Operations, Reward, and leadership to ensure programs are aligned, consistent, and integrated into our operating rhythm.
Who You Are
You're a strategic thinker who loves solving organizational challenges through structure, clarity, and thoughtful design. You're energized by building something new, and you score high on creativity on all those psychometric tests that you've been forced to take while you always fall back on structure when you deliver results.
We think you'll excel in this role if you have:
- Experience in organizational development, management consulting, transformation, project leadership, or similar work.
- A track record of designing processes, frameworks, or programs that help teams perform or grow.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you see patterns, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills and are able to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging narratives.
- Experience influencing leaders and driving alignment across teams.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a desire to challenge traditional HR approaches.
- A desire to challenge traditional HR approaches.
That wasn't a typo. It is important enough that we thought we would write it twice…
This is a rare opportunity to design people programs in a company that's scaling fast and willing to rethink everything. You'll have the freedom to build new models for talent, development, and engagement, shaping how hundreds of people grow over the coming years.
Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer
At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don't discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
