Job Summary

Do you want to help shape the future of datacenter power systems?

Flex Power Modules is looking for a passionate and experienced Software Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role you will be at the forefront of developing next-generation power solutions for the Internet & Cloud infrastructure and AI – focusing on firmware, test software, and software tools. 

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to apply and grow their software development skills in a product-focused company working with cutting-edge technologies and global hyper-scalers.

What a typical day looks like:

  • You will develop firmware for DC/DC converters.
  • Develop software for test systems, simulation and configuration tools and other tools that support our operations.
  • Collaborate with your team to align past achievements and future activities, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
  • You will actively participate in software team sprint planning sessions.
  • Present your accomplishments and insights to various stakeholders, demonstrating the value of your and the team's contributions.
  • Collaborate closely with design teams to develop and refine specific test requirements.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • A complete degree in software or electronic engineering.
  • A few years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Experience in firmware development in C.
  • Experience in .NET programming and C#.
  • Experience in python programming language and database design.
  • Familiarity with working in an Agile environment, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team culture.
  • Understanding of measurement techniques and previous experience in the electronics industry is advantageous.
  • Fluent Swedish and English, both verbally and in written.
