We are hiring Senior Data Scientist – MLOps & Agentic AI (Production)for the position based in Stockholm, Sweden (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week).

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with strong MLOps and Agentic AI expertise. This is a high-impact, hands-on role focused on shaping, scaling, and operationalizing AI/ML and Generative AI systems in production. The role combines technical leadership and hands-on development, with responsibility for designing AI architectures, building Agentic AI solutions, and leading end-to-end MLOps practices. You will play a key role in building the AI foundation behind company simulations and delivering production-grade ML, LLM, and Agentic systems that directly impact business KPIs.

Required Experience/Competences:

  • 7–8 years of experience as a Senior Data Scientist / Applied Scientist / ML Engineer.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on clean, maintainable, production-grade code.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Python.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing MLOps pipelines and managing ML systems in production.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, real-time LLM orchestration, and serverless architectures.
  • Deep experience working with LLMs and Generative AI, including recent advancements (within the last ~6 months).
  • Experience building or fine-tuning open-source ML/LLM models is a strong plus.
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Strong background in traditional ML models applied in large-scale or enterprise environments.
