We're Hiring: Full-stack Engineer (.Net / )

We are seeking an experienced
Full-Stack Developer with a strong backend focus
to join a fast-paced engineering team. The role centres on building high-performance .NET microservices while contributing to modern frontend applications where required. This is a hands-on position suited to engineers comfortable working in cloud-native, distributed environments. We recognise that it's rare to find full-stack engineers who are equally strong in both backend and frontend development, which is why this role has a primary focus on backend engineering.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain backend microservices using modern
  .NET (C#)
• Build and enhance frontend applications using
  
• Design and implement APIs for internal and external consumption
• Optimize database access and performance using
  Entity Framework Core
• Build and maintain end-to-end
  BDD integration tests
• Participate in a rotating support schedule: reviewing logs, troubleshooting production issues, and communicating findings with stakeholders
• Collaborate within an
  Agile/Scrum
  team to deliver high-quality software

Key Requirements

Backend (Primary Focus)

• Strong commercial experience with
  C# / .NET (8 & 10)
  building scalable backend services and APIs
• Solid knowledge of
  Entity Framework Core
  , including data modelling, LINQ, migrations, and performance optimisation
• Experience designing and implementing
  gRPC services
  for low-latency, high-throughput systems
• 5+ years
  of professional software development experience
• Background in
  fast-paced environments
  such as FinTech, gaming, or media is highly desirable

Frontend (Secondary)

• Experience with
  JavaScript / TypeScript
• Building and maintaining SPAs using
  
• Integrating with
  REST and gRPC APIs

Cloud, Databases & Infrastructure

• Relational databases
  : Serverless MySQL (Aurora) with EF Core
• NoSQL
  : DynamoDB
• Cloud & Infrastructure
  : AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
• Messaging
  : SQS and SNS

Engineering Practices

• Version control using
  Git / GitLab
• CI/CD pipelines with
  GitLab and Octopus Deploy
• Strong testing practices (unit and integration testing in .NET)
• Experience working in
  Agile / Scrum
  teams

Nice to Have
