The Technology Services Team

The Technology Services team is an integral part of Truesec's Technology organization, bringing together highly skilled specialists with a deep passion for secure and innovative solution development. As Head of Technology Services, you will lead and empower a small team of Product Owners, ensuring our solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with the highest standards of cybersecurity and technological advancement. We foster a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and continuous improvement are at the core of our daily work. Your leadership will be key to shaping the future of our platforms and services, and driving Truesec's mission to create safety and sustainability in a digital world.

About the Role

As Head of Technology Services, you will have the possibility to hold full responsibility and authority to lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Owners dedicated to advancing service development, cybersecurity tooling, and AI innovation. In this senior leadership position, you will set the vision and direction for the team, ensuring accountability for the prioritization, delivery, and communication of the Technology Roadmap. You will play a pivotal role in driving engineering investments and resource allocation aligned with Truesec's strategic objectives and organizational planning. By fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across the business, your leadership will ensure our solutions empower clients and keep Truesec at the forefront of technology and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and inspire Product Owners, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Take a hands-on approach in development cycles and product delivery as the most senior product owner.
• Define and communicate clear goals for service development, cybersecurity tooling, and AI-driven innovation.
• Align the Technology Roadmap with business objectives, ensuring effective prioritization, delivery, and communication across the organization.
• Drive engineering investments and resource allocation in line with strategic priorities and organizational planning.
• Champion the integration of AI, automation, and agentic workflows in our products and services.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and business units.
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance team effectiveness and solution quality.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain Truesec's leadership in cybersecurity and AI.
• Empower the team to make informed decisions regarding investment, maintenance, and product evolution.
• Advocate for Technology Services in strategic forums, representing the team's vision and priorities.
• Ensure the success and adoption of our products throughout their lifecycle by providing training, support, and resources to users, building strong relationships, and celebrating their achievements.

Your Potential Background

You are an experienced leader with a strong background in technology, product development, or cybersecurity. You have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, driving innovation, and delivering complex solutions. Experience with AI, automation, and agentic workflows is highly valued.

You are passionate about empowering others, fostering collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in the world of cybersecurity. You thrive in a hands-on leadership role, balancing strategic vision with direct involvement in product development.

• Leadership experience in technology, product development, or cybersecurity
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Strong strategic and operational skills, with experience in roadmap planning and delivery
• Hands-on experience in product development cycles
• Experience or strong interest in AI, automation, and agentic workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Swedish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Swedish work permit.
