Role Overview

As an AI Developer Intern, you'll contribute to the development and enhancement of Gaddr's AI-driven features and internal systems. You'll work across multiple functions — from research to implementation — helping us explore how AI can improve automation, personalization, and product efficiency.

You'll collaborate with a diverse, fast-moving team of developers, designers, and creatives to experiment with LLMs, APIs, and AI tools that drive smarter user experiences. This is an opportunity to gain real-world experience with emerging AI technologies in a supportive, global startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and test new AI tools, APIs, and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Hugging Face).
  • Assist in developing prototypes or internal automations using AI and machine learning techniques.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to identify where AI can improve workflows or user interactions.
  • Fine-tune prompts and models to enhance relevance, performance, and accuracy.
  • Help improve data flow, documentation, and internal testing processes for AI integrations.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, sprints, and technical discussions to shape product direction.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
  • Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
  • Understanding of APIs and how they interact with backend systems.
  • Curiosity to explore tools like LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI API (experience is a plus, not a must).
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn through experimentation.
  • Collaborative spirit — you value teamwork, communication, and creative problem-solving.
  • Commitment of approximately 20–25 hours per week.
