About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Owner to join the vision and delivery of world-class slot games — from concept to launch and beyond.

In this key role, you'll oversee a team of talented mathematicians, game designers, and artists, ensuring that every title we create delivers both exceptional entertainment value and commercial success.

You'll be the bridge between creative ambition and strategic execution — translating ideas into structured roadmaps, setting priorities, and managing stakeholders across design, development, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage game development teams working on multiple concurrent slot titles.
• Define and communicate product vision, goals, and success metrics for the slot portfolio.
• Oversee the game development lifecycle — from ideation and prototyping to release and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with designers, mathematicians, engineers, and commercial teams to deliver cohesive, data-informed, and innovative games.
• Balance creative experimentation with disciplined product management, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
• Analyse player behaviour, market trends, and KPIs to guide future roadmap decisions.

About You
You're a passionate product leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, data, and strategy. You have a proven track record in slot or casino game production, a sharp eye for player experience, and strong people leadership skills.

We're looking for:

• Experience mentoring or leading other designers or product owners.
• 5+ years in a similar role with proof of top-performing games.
• Strong understanding of slot game mechanics, player psychology, and market dynamics.
