Work description

As a UX Designer at DD, you'll play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging and user-centered digital experiences for our clients. As part of a tight knit design team, you'll work hands on across the full design process from diving deep into research, running interviews, conducting usability tests and translating insights into design concepts for everything from large B2B platforms to e-commerce flows.

You'll work with a wide range of projects, from complex B2B platforms to e-commerce journeys, often across multiple clients at the same time. This means you're comfortable prioritizing, staying organized, and smoothly switching between contexts when needed. We're looking for someone who is self-driven, structured, and confident in communicating with clients and stakeholders.

You'll collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and fellow designers to create solutions that are not only user-friendly, but also measurable and aligned with business goals.

We're looking for someone with at least three years of professional experience, a relevant education, and a portfolio that clearly demonstrates strong UX skills — especially within research, interaction design, and problem-solving. Proficiency in UI design is a strong plus.

What you'll do

  • Planning and conducting user research, including interviews, UX workshops, and usability testing.
  • Synthesizing research findings into clear insights, problem definitions, and design directions.
  • Mapping user journeys, structuring complex information, and defining user and business needs.
  • Translating insights into concepts, flows, and interactive prototypes to validate ideas early.
  • Contributing to UI design by applying design systems and brand guidelines to support strong user experiences.
  • Collaborating closely with designers, developers, and project managers throughout the design process.
  • Presenting research findings, design rationale, and recommendations to clients in a clear and engaging way.

You'll thrive in this role if you

  • Have a strong UX foundation and feel confident planning and running user interviews and usability tests.
  • Are comfortable moving between discovery, analysis, and concept development.
  • Are a confident Figma user, especially for flows, wireframes, and prototyping.
  • Enjoy working iteratively and validating ideas early with users and stakeholders.
  • Can balance multiple projects and clients while maintaining quality and momentum.
  • Are curious, collaborative, and proactive in shaping both product outcomes and design processes.

Bonus points if you also have

  • Skills in workshop facilitation or stakeholder alignment.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
  • Have experience designing for complex B2B environments or e-commerce
