We are looking for a key player to join our Brand and Marketing team - someone who will take ownership of the stories we tell consumers.
This means leading all aspects of copy creation: ensuring our tone of voice and messaging stay consistent with our brand platform, and that our communication resonates emotionally with our community.
We are looking for a Jr Graphic Designer to join Haglöfs Brand & Marketing Department in Stockholm, Sweden.
Haglöfs is on a global growth and transformation journey. As part of our new in-house creative team, the Copywriter plays a central role in developing strong, commercial and brand-building content - with a particular focus on digital channels.
The in-house Copywriter will ensure a consistent tone of voice across all brand touchpoints, in line with Haglöfs' communication platform. The role focuses on crafting compelling English copy for seasonal campaigns, PR, social media, brand communication, and product marketing, while maintaining a unified and authentic brand message. Acting as the copy lead, this person will oversee text quality across the organization - including AI-generated and team-contributed content - ensuring it meets Haglöfs' standards.
At Haglöfs, the consumer is at the center of everything we do. This role therefore requires a deep understanding of the outdoors - both in terms of activities and consumer needs.
The position is based at our HQ in Alvik, Stockholm, and reports directly to the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Secure consistency in tone of voice across all brand touchpoints.
Secure and maintain a unified and authentic brand message.
The Copywriter owns tone of voice direction, formats, templates, and prompt models and secures internal alignment around this.
Oversee text quality across the organization, including AI-generated and team-contributed content.
Crafting compelling copy for seasonal campaigns, PR/Press releases, social media, and product descriptions.
Support brand communication with texts.
Manage translations.
Enhance efficiency and elevate the creative process by leveraging AI tools to become a key player in delivering impactful and cohesive communication.
Use AI tools and design software features to enhance productivity and creativity.
Skills & Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring:
Passion for the outdoor industry and deep knowledge of outdoor activities. (Highly prioritized)
A native-level proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus.
Relevant higher education.
Minimum 5 years of work experience from relevant roles and experience in Digital copywriting and/or journalism.
Skilled in AI tools.
Experience from agency work and PR is meriting.
Experience in outdoor or lifestyle brands is meriting.
High understanding and interest in Performance Apparel, Hardware, and Footwear.
