- Own prep systems, mise en place, and station standards.

- Support stock/ordering, control waste, watch costs.
- Keep HACCP/food safety spotless; ace audits.
- Pre-opening: equipment checks, recipe cards, menu run-throughs.
- Zero-ego, solutions-first: We fix problems on the spot and move on.
- Taste leads: Flavour, texture and temperature trump everything.
- Clean & calm: Tight mise en place, quiet bodies/hot plates, tidy pass.
- Standards over shortcuts: Clear specs, labelled containers, verified prep lists.
- Teach & be taught: Everyone coaches; everyone learns.
- Competitive salary with predictable scheduling (and two consecutive days off when possible).
- Real input on menus and specials, not just execution.
