The Role: Nordic Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As a Nordic-speaking SDR, you'll be part of a 25 person strong pan European sales development team focused on a specific cybersecurity product line. You'll play a major role in developing relationships in region, researching and prospecting, pipeline creation, and field sales collaboration across the Nordic region.

This role is ideal for someone who is curious, coachable, tech-savvy, and excited to specialize in a high-growth vertical within enterprise cybersecurity. You'll become a subject matter expert, not just a generalist, and you'll be joining a high-performance team that's delivering consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting and Lead Qualification – Identify, engage, and qualify decision-makers at enterprise accounts across the Nordic region
  • Solution Specialization – Become a subject matter expert in your solutions, and trusted advisor to your clients
  • Multi-Channel Outreach – Execute strategic outreach using tools like Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, and Salesforce
  • Event Participation – Attend regional marketing events and client meetups in the Nordics (travel opportunities)
  • Quality Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and account executives to drive account-based outreach

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Swedish speaker (open to exceptional Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian speakers)
  • Tech-savvy with a strong interest in tech, ai, and cybersecurity
  • 1+ year of SDR or BDR experience, preferably in SaaS, IT, or a consultative sales environment
  • Consultative sales mindset, confident speaking with senior stakeholders
  • Personalised, outbound-first approach with strong written communication and email prospecting skills
  • Coachable, resilient, and proactive, eager to learn and adapt in a fast-moving business

Important Details

Office Policy: Hybrid, 3 days in-office (Tuesday to Thursday). First 2 to 3 weeks are fully in-office for onboarding.

Relocation: No formal package available. Candidates must be EU-based and able to relocate independently. Open to candidates from within Spain or across Europe with EU passports.

Team Size: 25 SDRs with 3 managers. This is a strategic hire for the Nordic region.

Hiring Timeline: Fast turnaround expected on qualified candidates.
