Vi på Twilfit by CHANGE söker nu en engagerad och driven 2nd Store Manager till VÄLA

Tillsammans med Store Manager kommer du att skapa en butik i världsklass – både för kunderna och teamet.

Ditt uppdrag – Vad innebär jobbet?

Som 2nd Store Manager är du en viktig del i att säkerställa butikens dagliga framgång. Du får en spännande roll där du både leder i vardagen och stöttar Store Manager i det strategiska arbetet.

Du kommer bland annat att:

  • Coacha, inspirera och leda teamet till att överträffa mål och skapa kundupplevelser i toppklass
  • Följa upp försäljning och KPI:er – och agera på dem
  • Säkerställa en inspirerande och säljande butiksmiljö
  • Genomföra utbildningar och utveckla medarbetare i försäljning
  • Planera bemanning och schemaläggning enligt timbudget
  • Ta fullt ansvar vid Store Managers frånvaro

Vi söker dig som är en naturlig ledare och en serviceinriktad säljare – med energi, närvaro och tydliga ambitioner.

  • Har tidigare erfarenhet från detaljhandel, gärna i en ledande roll
  • Älskar försäljning och personliga kundmöten
  • Brinner för att skapa resultat genom andra och trivs med att coacha team
  • Är lösningsorienterad, trygg och kommunikativ
  • Har god känsla för kundbemötande och kan skapa trygghet i en personlig köpupplevelse
  • Trivs i en tempofylld miljö och gillar att vara på golvet tillsammans med teamet
