BearingPoint is seeking three summer interns to join our Stockholm office in 2026, working alongside our consultants on an exciting project in collaboration with Plan International Sweden.

As a Summer Intern at BearingPoint, you will get the opportunity to:

The internship is based in Stockholm, and you will not need to compromise between a well-needed summer holiday and an internship opportunity, as you will work June and August and have July off.

BearingPoint has a long-standing relationship with Plan International Sweden, working together on various projects. Plan International is a global, independent development and humanitarian organisation that advances children's rights and equality for girls. Together we strive for a just world, working together with children, young people, our supporters, and partners. The scope of previous projects includes utilising data analytics for donor segmentation, developing churn models based on machine learning, and creating a new revenue strategy. Last year's BearingPoint interns helped Plan International Sweden by assessing potential AI Use Cases that could support Plan in their everyday work. They also developed a profitability tool to compare the effectiveness of different recruitment channels for new donors and provided strategy & investment recommendations.

Who are we looking for?

You are enrolled in a Master's degree (5 years total) in Business, Engineering, IT or Finance and are eager to pursue a career in Consulting. You are expected to graduate in 2027, and must also be fluent in Swedish and English. Furthermore, to succeed as a candidate, you should have a strong academic record and excellent analytical and social skills.

During the hiring process, you will be asked to complete skill tests, meet various colleagues and conduct case interviews. You will also be paired with an interview buddy who will guide you through the process.

We offer interviews at all our locations in Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö, starting in February. Please note that case interviews cannot be conducted online.
