Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Coach with expertise in behavioural safety and operational risk. The role involves working directly in operational environments such as production, maintenance, logistics, and locomotive settings to coach leaders, mentor teams, and strengthen risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach operational leaders and front-line teams to build ownership and accountability for safety and risk.
• Mentor and develop client coaches and internal consultants to facilitate behavioural change.
• Observe work practices to identify behaviours and conditions affecting safe, efficient work.
• Facilitate on-site coaching sessions and workshops to improve leadership presence and risk focus.
• Support integration of critical risk thinking into daily routines and decision-making.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver measurable improvements in safety culture and operational performance.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience coaching leaders and teams in behavioural safety, operational risk, or safety leadership.
• Industry experience in mining (preferred), oil & gas, metals, pulp & paper, utilities, chemicals, logistics, or locomotive operations.
• Strong understanding of critical risk management and operational discipline.
• Skilled communicator and facilitator, confident engaging from front line to senior management.
• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Safety, Organisational Development, or related field; coaching qualification is an advantage.
• Must speak Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish.
• Willingness to travel across Europe.
