Role Description

This is a Part-time, on-site role for a Shop Assistant located in Stockholm in our Boutique at Villa Dagmar. The Shop Assistant will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, assisting customers with product selection, managing product displays, and maintaining the store's visual appeal. Additional responsibilities include restocking inventory, handling sales transactions, managing the cash register, and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently. The role demands a keen sense of fashion, attention to detail, and proactive communication skills to deliver a premium shopping experience that aligns with the brand's identity.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and active communication skills.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain an aesthetically pleasing retail environment.
  • Experience with sales, managing cash registers, and processing transactions.
  • Prior retail experience, especially in luxury or fashion items, is highly valued.
  • Passion for design, high-end accessories, and the brand's principles of sustainability and quality.
  • Working in a small team.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
  • Fluency inSwedish and English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications is an advantage.
