ImmunoIVD is looking for an Application Specialist
passionate about life science and customer success. If you thrive on solving challenges, interacting with customers, and working in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.

About the Role

As an
Application Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert
for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and technical support. Your responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting & Analysis:
    Review customer data and perform lab experiments when needed.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with our end-users to ensure customer satisfaction and with our R&D and production team for more complex cases.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Deliver technical presentations, product demos, and training sessions—both onsite and at global events.
  • Documentation:
    Maintain accurate records in line with our Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Travel:
    Expect occasional international trips for exhibitions and training (1–2 times/month).

You'll report directly to the
Head of Sales & Marketing
and be a key part of our dynamic Sales & Marketing team.

About ImmunoIVD

ImmunoIVD develops, produces and sells
CE IVD marked qPCR
based tests, used in routine newborn screening to detect the rare but sever diseases SCID, SMA and XLA. Our assays are used in
national screening programs in multiple countries
and, thanks to early detection, save lives and improve the quality of life for the children with these diseases.

Founded in 2015, we're a profitable, multinational team of ~35 people with English as our working language. Our facility is located in beautiful
Nacka Strand
and can be easily accessed by car, bus (from Slussen or Cityterminalen) or boat (from Nybroplan or Ropsten).

What We're Looking For

Education:

  • PhD/MSc in Life Sciences or 5+ years of relevant experience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of qPCR
  • Excellent English communication
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Solid troubleshooting and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in service or support organizations
  • Knowledge about newborn screening
