ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Partnership & PR intern, you will be part of CAIA's marketing team within the Partnership & PR section, focusing on assisting with micro collaboration campaigns, giftings, and events – mainly in the UK market. During your internship, you will gain hands-on experience in organizing and executing events and collaborations, working toward our CAIA Creator Communities goals, and helping to build strong relationships with partners such as influencers and makeup artists.

You will represent CAIA as a brand by being professional, positive, and outgoing. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in an energetic, fast-paced environment. At CAIA, we plan and execute everything in-house, so being proactive and hands-on is key.

You will work closely with the entire marketing team, with a Partnership Specialist as your mentor. This internship offers a broad insight into how a marketing team operates within the Partnership & PR area.

MAIN TASKS DURING YOUR INTERNSHIP
  • Learn how to find, contact, and maintain relationships with partners such as influencers and makeup artists
  • Support in organizing, planning, and overseeing collaboration activities, with a focus on micro-influencer campaigns
  • Conduct research on social media trends and upcoming personalities to support campaign planning
  • Assist with the daily work in our influencer marketing systems and gradually learn to manage them independently
  • Help plan and coordinate events and PR send-outs, gaining hands-on experience in execution and logistics

QUALIFICATIONS AND PERSONAL SKILLS
As a candidate for the partnership intern position, you have a strong interest in the beauty and social media industry, and you're driven to accomplish both quantitative and qualitative objectives. 

  • A minimum of a 3-month internship period, starting from early 2026
  • Structured and organized with great project management and administrative abilities
  • Staying updated and curious about social media trends is essential
  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Team player with a strong ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

To be eligible for this internship, you need to be enrolled in ongoing studies related to marketing, communications, or a similar field.
