About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development & Customer Success Intern to support our growth in the Swedish and Nordic IT consulting market. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and business development, giving you practical exposure to sales and customer success in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate leads for potential clients in the IT consulting market
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking events
  • Support business development activities and client engagement strategies
  • Research potential clients, industries, and market trends to identify opportunities
  • Track and report on lead generation and client engagement activities
  • Contribute to customer success initiatives to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields
  • Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital outreach tools
