Join Einride's Autonomous Vehicle team as a Manufacturing Engineer specialized on the optimizing and securing of a safely built vehicle.

You Will

• Be empowered to build a world-class manufacturing engineering team, shaping its structure and establishing the processes that will ensure its long-term success.
• Ensure our vehicles are manufacturable by close collaboration with our designers
• Develop and improve our manufacturing processes as well as quality assurance protocols
• Have ownership of our manufacturing process instructions
• Have ownership over Manufacturing Requirements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Bill of Materials processes
• Balance the build expectations between early pre-builds, prototypes and production vehicles. Adapting requirements depending on what the company needs
• Support the Pilot Production & Site Manager in ensuring a safe and enjoyable work environment in our manufacturing facilities in Gothenburg

We Expect You To Have

• Professional experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent background from manufacturing & production
• Strong insight into product development phases, ideally within the automotive industry
• Proven experience with both concept and production builds
• intermediate proficiency in a major 3D CAD platform
• Experience working with (Autonomous Drive System) ADS platform is a plus but not a requirement
