Key competences:- 5+ years in QA with a strong emphasis on test automation (back‑end testing)
- Familiarity with front‑end automation tools and best practices
- Expert in Java, including writing robust automated test suites
- Hands‑on API testing experience
- Practical experience with HTTP clients (OkHttp, REST Assured, or similar)
- Experience testing microservices architecture systems
- Proven track record with BDD and Agile workflows
- Self-motivated and accountable, capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Great communication skills with both technical and non-technical people
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, at a B2 level or higher
- Background in Financial services or related fields.
- Interest in finances, trading and crypto
- experience in startups or high‑velocity environments
- experience with asynchronous communication including websockets and message brokers
- Build and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile apps.
- Run manual exploratory tests on new and high‑risk features.
- Turn business requirements into clear acceptance criteria and test cases.
- Own and deliver engineering objectives
- Work with product and engineering during planning, refinement, and daily stand‑ups.
- Keep test frameworks integrated with the CI/CD pipeline and fix flaky tests.
- Document testing processes so the whole team can follow and improve them.
- Track issues, share clear test reports, and highlight risks early.
- Help other QA engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with front‑end, back‑end, mobile, and DevOps teams to ensure releases are ready.

- salary range: EUR (on a B2B contract)
- Stage 1: Screening with TA Partner: basic information about ICEO, the project, the role, and the offer. General questions about your experience (about 40 mins).
- Stage 2: Technical Interview with 2 Senior QAs, including a live coding portion (about 1.5 hrs) - details and repository with the task will be shared with candidates before the meeting.
- Stage 3: Final interview with VP of Technology and two Senior developers (1 hour).
- Background check after an offer is extended (the validity of the offer is dependent on a successful background check)
