About The Role
We are looking for a Workflow Solution Developer that has a genuine interest in process automation practices and tools. You will be a part of FCP Process Automation team and the role offers a rare chance to shape the future of financial crime prevention through technology. As a core contributor, you'll craft an entirely new way of working for our FCP Investigators, empowering them with intuitive, efficient workflow tools to uncover and act on suspicious activity faster than ever before. Your work will make investigative tools more efficient and impactful, enabling investigators to protect society from financial crime. You'll also be at the forefront of innovation, as the FCP Process Automation team has developed an innovative GenAI assistant that redefines how intelligence is captured and transformed. As Workflow Solution developer you will be cooperating with specialists from the team (Java Developer, Data Engineers, and QA) to create automated processes. The team is distributed between Solna and Warsaw.

As a Workflow Solution Developer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and implementing Workflow solutions, ensuring it follows solution development best-practices.
• Providing work estimates and timely updates on solution development progress.
• Collaboration with other developers from the team and IT architects on defining the process implementation design.
• Helping business to understand technical capabilities, suggesting the best possible solutions and explaining limitations.
• Implementing integrations within process solution and external systems.
• Defining way of working practices, suggesting and implementing improvements.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• Experience in Process Automation.
• Experience in IBM BAW or ICM or BPM products (or similar like Camunda or jBPM), would be considered as a strong advantage.
• Experience in business process discovery, modeling and analysis (BPMA, BPMN) tools
• Good knowledge of JavaScript, Webservices (SOAP, REST).
• Core GCP service knowledge
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to learn and adapt to changes quickly.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
