Stockholm, Sweden.

We are currently looking for
Software Engineers
to support ongoing development within the defence systems domain. The role is part of a highly technical environment where system reliability, security, and performance are critical.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain code in
    Ada
    (core language) and Java (supporting tools and interfaces).
  • Implement and optimise algorithms for real-time system control and signal processing.
  • Participate in sprint planning, peer reviews, and continuous integration.
  • Ensure software meets the strict safety and quality standards used in defence environments.
  • Collaborate with engineers, testers, and system architects across multiple teams.

Must-have:

  • Strong knowledge of
    ADA
    programming (essential).
  • Good understanding of Java for tools and system interfaces.
  • Solid engineering or computer science foundation with a focus on algorithms, data structures, or real-time systems.
  • Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Safe).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Swedish Citizenship

Nice-to-have:

  • Background in defence, aerospace, or safety-critical software development.
  • Experience with embedded, real-time, or mission-critical systems.
  • Familiarity with Linux, C/C++, or integration frameworks.
  • Eligibility for SUA (security clearance) or prior approval.
