At the start of the program, we will fly you to the United States to take part in our robust 90-day training program based in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. During this training, Academy participants gain the foundational knowledge needed to have a basic understanding of the Storage Industry, NetApp, and products and solutions. Additionally, they effectively develop transferable soft skills that will allow them to excel within the organization and in their long-term careers.

Job Summary
As a Junior Cloud Solution Architect at NetApp, you will be an integral part of our Google Cloud team, focusing on GCNV and CVO on GCP within the EMEA and APAC regions. You will integrate a world-wide team of talented and senior experts on both Google Cloud and NetApp technologies.

This role is tailored for a recent graduate or an individual with 0-1 year of experience who is passionate about technology, particularly cloud services. You will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to our success by collaborating with Google Cloud team to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

This role offers a unique opportunity for a tech enthusiast with a thirst for knowledge to kickstart their career in cloud architecture and contribute to the success of NetApp's public cloud services team in the EMEA and APAC regions. Growth mindset and drive are essential to be successful in this role.

Essential Functions

• Collaborate with the team to support workloads identification, solutions architecture, demos, proof-of-concepts, and customers onboarding.
• Participate in evangelism activities to promote the benefits of our sovereignty offer with GCP and trusted partners.
• Engage with CVO and Data services teams to provide content and enablement on bundled services within the GCP ecosystem.
• Work closely with colleagues across the EMEA and APAC regions to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Strong interest in technology, specifically cloud services.
• Open-minded with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent interpersonal and conversational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Prior experience or knowledge in cloud concepts is a plus.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience
