We're now hiring a Global Mobility and Compensation & Benefits Specialist to the business area Industrial Technique in Sweden – a role where your expertise will contribute to attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
You'll join our local HR team in Nacka and our aim to drive sustainable growth by enabling our people and organization to reach full potential, in an innovative, inclusive and customer-focused culture.
The roleAs a Global Mobility and Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you'll navigate complexities and facilitate smooth global transitions for our employees while maintaining a great compensation package and benefits programs. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working collaboratively with professionals across the organization. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborate with various teams to initiate, review, and approve assignment documentation and financial arrangements.
- Provide cost projections and draft assignment-related documents according to company policies.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners for assignee services like immigration and relocation.
- Manage assignment processes and reports, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends to maintain competitiveness.
- Support HR and managers on compensation and benefits matters, including benefits, benefit portal, annual salary process, pensions & insurances and position evaluations
- Participate in salary surveys and oversee compensation analytics to drive compensation projects.
- Coordinate processes like salary and bonus planning and new benefits introduction.
You will report to the People & Culture Manager for Atlas Copco Industrial Technique Sweden.
What we expect from youYou possess analytical skills, enabling informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Your communication abilities and a proactive, results-focused approach facilitate seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders and with a networking-oriented approach, you establish valuable connections that foster knowledge sharing and innovation.
In addition, you have:
- Experience as Global Mobility Specialist and Compensation & Benefits with knowledge of both processes and best practices including tax and immigration legislation, along with HR practices and cycle management.
- Communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or equivalent
