Role Objective:
Create growth and revenue for Core Banking software and service offerings through new client acquisition of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Financial Institutions in the Sweden & Nordics market.
Scope of Role:
The successful candidates will be expected to increase the wallet share of existing clients and acquire new clients. The country / regional focus will be on Tier 1 and tier 2 financial institutions in the Sweden & Nordics market. This is an active business development role with a primary goal of increasing sales revenue through selling high value software technology solutions to FIs.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have the following core assets and experiences:
Currently responsible for selling core banking solutions in the Sweden/Nordics.
Able to demonstrate a very strong sales track record including the strategic management of client relationships.
Have closed individual new business deals in excess of $0.5-1M.
Good level of contacts in the Nordics banking market.
Proven account & sales management experience in the Sweden.
Native Swedish Speaker , professional proficiency in English
Requirements:
The following defines the core requirements necessary for the candidate to be considered for the role:
Proven sales experience from a financial software or banking background with in-depth knowledge of the industry domain - Swedish Tier 1, 2 FI's, core banking and the bank's clients
Must have a self-starting, driven, assertive and positive attitude with proven ability to achieve stretch sales targets
Experience in selling $0.5-1M software licenses
Strong relationship management skills with excellent customer focus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong inter-personal and influencing skills
Persuasive communication, presentation and negotiation skills and ability to close deals
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
Establish and maintain prospect and client contacts at all levels
Valid Right to Work is mandatory for this role
