Tele2 is looking for a full-stack developer to complete our team, Digital Sales, in the B2C IT Engineering department.

Within our organization, you'll find everything from the backbone infrastructure of technology and IT systems, serving both our external & internal customers, to advanced analytics, AI creation, and frontend development. Our team plays a vital role in ensuring reliable and premium services through delivering exceptional experiences to our end customers, both Consumer and Enterprises, all the while supporting our colleagues within Tele2.

This is the job

At B2C IT Engineering you will be a key-player in building and perfecting our sales- and service systems. Our goal as a pioneer is to build the smartest and fastest sales system in telco. To achieve this we work with the fastest technology, experiment a lot and put a lot of effort into understanding our users and their needs. We are continuously delivering and improving on sprint basis.

As a person you understand the big picture and are willing to learn new things - and you are always ready to walk the extra mile to ensure a high-quality product. The daily job will include contact with several different teams and departments, and we believe you have excellent collaboration and communication skills. As a person, you are open, driven and are not afraid to take own initiatives.

This is what you have

  • Strong background as a full-stack developer with 3–5 years of experience

  • Core skills: TypeScript, React, Astro and

  • Experience and/or strong interest in cross-platform design, design systems, and shared components

  • Proven track record in projects involving complex business logic

  • Fluent in both Swedish and English

  • Possibility to work at our head office in Kista, Stockholm, three times a week
