Roles & Responsibilities:

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced
Program Scrum of Scrums / IT Project Manager
to drive Agile delivery and coordination across multiple teams within our PLM Program. The ideal candidate will be a
true servant leader
, passionate about Agile principles, continuous improvement, and fostering collaboration at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and coordinate
    Scrum of Scrums
    and
    program-level Agile ceremonies
    .
  • Ensure
    cross-team alignment
    and delivery efficiency across multiple Scrum teams.
  • Remove impediments and obstacles
    affecting delivery and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with other processes outside the PLM program (e.g.,
    IT change calendar
    ).
  • Support
    Product Owners
    and stakeholders in backlog refinement and prioritization.
  • Track and communicate
    program-level KPIs, metrics, and progress
    toward objectives.
  • Foster
    collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
    across teams.
  • Promote
    knowledge sharing and Agile best practices
    within the organization.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years
    of experience in IT program/project management.
  • Strong experience leading
    Agile / Scrum teams
    at a
    program level
    .
  • Proven experience facilitating
    Scrum of Scrums
    and managing
    cross-functional dependencies
    .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with
    3DExperience 2024x
    is highly desirable.
  • In-depth understanding of
    Agile principles, frameworks, and servant leadership
    .
