Stockholm, Sweden NEXTORY Full time 80,000 - 120,000 per year

You know that bit where every company says they're "changing the world"? Yeah, it can feel a little forced. But we like to think our story actually has some realness to it.

Our story begins with Shadi Bitar and Ninos Malki, who came to Sweden from Syria as kids and discovered that books could be a bridge - helping them learn the language, understand the culture, and explore new worlds.

A thought emerged, what if everyone could have that? And just like that, Nextory was born - your all-access pass to read, listen, and discover new perspectives without limits.

And now, we're on a quest to find a Product Manager for our Spark team. The team's mission is to increase reading by serving all users content they will love at the right time and in a delightful way.

Let us tell you about the role

This is an opportunity to join Nextory in a very interesting stage with a lot of existing things to come. As a Product Manager at Nextory you will have an impact on all stages of the product development, from strategy to execution.

In this role you are:

  • Ultimately held responsible for the outcomes and viability of the work in the Spark team, ensuring the team delivers constant value to the users and business.
  • Defining strategy and setting quarterly objectives to align the team with the overall company strategy and business objectives.
  • Driving discovery to understand the opportunities and solutions that will lead to achieving an outcome
  • Leading the team through both discovery and delivery together with the Engineering Manager, ensuring highly efficient processes and an overall high performing team
  • Together with your fellow product managers and the product- and engineering leadership, take part in developing the way we work, with the goal of improving the way we work so we can deliver more value even faster.

The main character we're looking for

We believe you are working in a similar role at a fast paced company and enjoy being at the forefront of digital product development. Pride in creating meaningful user experiences and a passion for driving both discovery and delivery guide your work, along with a constant focus on improving outcomes. Your drive and curiosity push your own boundaries as a Product Manager and inspire others to grow, while your strong leadership enables your product team to thrive and explore what is possible.

Furthermore, we believe you have:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager working with app-based products in a fast-paced environment
  • An obsession with solving real problems In order to find them and validate the solutions you're well versed in applying a wide variety of modern product discovery techniques.
  • A fluency in analyzing data, running A/B tests and utilizing AI to optimize your daily work
  • The ability to tackle complex problems, making realistic commitments on how to solve them and bring the passion and grit needed to ensure the problems get solved.

The Nextory way of working

At Nextory, we believe a strong and inclusive culture is key to our success - and that culture flourishes when we meet and collaborate in person as much as possible. That's why we spend the majority of the working time at our beautiful office
