We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business, which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Your Profile (Must-have requirements)

• Designs, builds, and operates Java-based integrations (e.g. Spring)

• Practices observability by default: structured, contextual logging; metrics and distributed tracing (e.g., OpenTelemetry). Builds actionable dashboards and alerts, with clear runbooks and incident/postmortem practices.

• Embraces testing at multiple levels: unit, integration, performance.

• Applies secure engineering practices

• Writes maintainable code and docs: clean architecture, clear boundaries, reusable modules, ADRs, and meaningful code reviews.

• Works transparently in Kanban: small batch sizes, WIP limits, measurable flow (lead time, cycle time), and continuous improvement.
