Are you ready for the next challenge in the field of People and Pensions? Do you enjoy working closely with skilled colleagues in project form? Apply for this position today We work in a fun and fast-paced environment, meet many interesting companies, and give you great opportunities to learn and develop. We are looking for a junior colleague who enjoys analysis, thrives in a consultative role, and wants to be part of our specialist team in People and Pension issues within KPMG Deal Advisory.
The role
The primary asset in most companies is the staff. While employees enable and drive value in a business, risks also follow; for example, the retention of key competencies, benefits, bonuses, and pensions can pose risks that affect how we value a company. Within Transaction Services' "People and Pension M&A" service, we offer analyses in this area. We are currently a cohesive team that is passionate about building on the offering in the area and creating value for our clients, now seeking an additional team member.
You will, together with our team, mainly support our clients with HR- and Pension due diligence ("HRDD" and "PDD") for both buy- and sell-side transactions, and assist in HR integration and separation projects ("HR I&S").
What We Offer
We are dedicated to support you in your career and personal development, and we offer a mentorship program under senior transaction specialists. Our team serves the largest Private Equity and Corporate clients across Sweden. The main work is carried out in project form, often together with colleagues from other departments within KPMG, with great variation in both tasks and geographical exposure.
We offer a competitive compensation package and an important work-life balance approach to the work we do. Take advantage of working in a dynamic and inclusive environment with engaged and highly specialized colleagues. We apply a hybrid approach to our workplace where it is possible to work both from our offices and remotely. Our standard package includes 6 weeks paid holiday, employer pension contributions through collective bargaining agreements, various health and wellness benefits, and more
