This role is within B2C (Business to consumer), one of the key business units of the Tele2 corporation. B2C operates within several key areas concerning our two consumer brands - Tele2 and Comviq. This means a wide range of activities spanning from digitalization, commercial strategies, marketing, sales and customer service to TV content acquisition and advanced analytics. As we continuously strive to deliver superior solutions for our customers, we can guarantee that exiting projects will keep on coming up.
About The Job
This role boosts commercial performance by analyzing sales and retention data, managing commission schemes, and ensuring process accuracy. It partners with Sales leaders to improve budgets, pricing, and sales procedures, supports GTM activities, delivers weekly performance insights, and acts as the main contact for sales data and trend reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze sales and retention data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage overall commission and bonus schemes across Stores and CO.
- Act as attest flow owner for commission management, ensuring process compliance and accuracy.
- Improve sales and retention productivity through insight-driven actions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Regional Managers, and the Head of Sales to review budgets, evaluate pricing structures, and enhance sales procedures.
- Support the Go-To-Market (GTM) process and contribute to trading and performance forums.
- Prepare and present weekly sales performance briefs to management.
- Act as the main point of contact (SPOC) for CO/Stores sales regarding data, analysis, trend reporting, and mitigation insights.

You're also proactive, solution-oriented, and motivated by driving efficiency and business results.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales performance, forecasting, or business analysis.
- Proven experience in commission and bonus management.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and data visualization/reporting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex datasets.
- Experience from telecom, retail, or other performance-driven environments is an advantage.
