Join Simon-Kucher as we expand our Transaction Services Private Equity (TSPE) practice in the Nordics. This is
a unique opportunity to take a leadership role and be part of building a new team from the ground up – shaping our

commercial value creation . Together, we help investors make the right decisions and accelerate
portfolio growth post-deal. We are now looking for Senior Managers and Directors to join our growing Stockholm office. You'll

How you will create an impact:
- Lead and deliver high-impact commercial due diligence and value creation projects for mid- and large-cap
private equity firms and strategic investors. - Guide clients through complex investment decisions using data-driven analysis, market insight, and
commercial judgment. - Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring analytical rigor and strategic relevance.
- Drive business development activities and strengthen Simon-Kucher's Transaction Services presence in
the Nordic market. - Mentor and inspire team members, fostering an entrepreneurial, collaborative culture.
- Collaborate with international Simon-Kucher offices on cross-border projects and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to shaping the strategy, culture, and growth of our TSPE practice in the Nordics.
Your profile:
- 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or within
private equity – ideally with experience in commercial due diligence or strategy engagements. - Proven leadership in managing complex projects and client relationships..
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a pragmatic, results-oriented mindset.
- Entrepreneurial drive and motivation to help build and grow a new business area.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to convey complex ideas clearly and
confidently. - Fluency in English and Swedish
- Clear ambition and potential to progress to Partner within 2–4 years, supported by a strong commercial
track record in both origination and delivery.
