We enhance standard products, craft tailored demo experiences, and build the custom solutions that help our Solution Consultants tell compelling stories to prospects. About the role

As a Demo Services Engineer, you will work hand-in-hand with our Solution Consultants (presales) to design and develop creative demo concepts that showcase the power of Infor's software. You'll take their business requirements, explore how our products can best support those scenarios, and then turn your ideas into functional prototypes that bring the story to life.

This is a highly collaborative, internal-facing role (no direct prospect/customer interaction) where your creativity, adaptability, and love for technology will truly shine. You should enjoy juggling several high-priority tasks, learning fast, and pushing boundaries — because that's exactly what this team does best.

What you'll do

• Develop a deep understanding of Infor's products and technology stack within your assigned areas.
• Enhance demo capabilities by designing, implementing, and communicating new features and improvements.
• Conceptualize, design, and build demo solutions together with technical and functional Solution Consultants.
• Provide informal training and knowledge transfer sessions within the team.
• Experiment with new technologies and approaches to continuously improve our demos and innovation output.

? What you bring

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or equivalent fields.
• Solid hands-on experience with modern web technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with modern frameworks (Angular preferred; React also welcome).
• Ability to develop proof-of-concept solutions and functional prototypes.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
• Creative problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovative technology.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent Swedish and English skills — written and spoken (mandatory).
• Service-minded, collaborative, and comfortable acting as the main point of contact for Solution Consultants.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Generative AI tools throughout development and documentation workflows.
• Familiarity with Infor technologies and extensibility tools.
