Microsoft D365 Solution Architect with a finance focus to Management Consulting, KPMG

We are now seeking for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architect to join our teams in Göteborg and Stockholm.

Your role
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Solution Architect in our Technology Transformation team you will be responsible for designing, leading, and overseeing the implementation of complex ERP solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O). You will collaborate with KPMG D365 team in Nordics and actively support the development of D365 business in Sweden and Nordics.

The role at KPMG involves performing tasks such as:

• Manage team quality and delivery, execute projects according to commercial quality standards while ensuring client satisfaction to extend ongoing projects and identify new opportunities.
• Build and nurture strong business relationships, demonstrate leadership within expertise to deliver client-centric solutions and services.
• Contribute to sales pipeline development and support D365-related sales processes, actively participate in RFP, RFI, and proposals with insights from D365 Project Management competence and drive pre-sales and solution envisioning activities, including demos, proofs of concept, proposals, and stakeholder presentations.
• Lead architectural design across Finance, Supply Chain, and related D365 modules, ensuring cohesive integration with the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot/AI agents).
• Support training and capability build for junior consultants in line with expertise

Skills & Requirements

• 10 + years of experience in Dynamics AX or D365 Finance & Operations, with at least 2 years in a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant capacity.
• Deep understanding of finance-related modules (GL, AP, AR, budgeting, fixed assets) and cross-functional modules like Supply Chain and Production
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, DataVerse, and AI Builder
• Strong business acumen and proven sales track record
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams
• Microsoft certifications such as MB-300, MB-310, MB-330, and MB-700
• A bachelor´s or master´s degree

Additional Valued Competencies

• Experience in executing global or multi-company rollouts within manufacturing, retail, or service industries, a familiarity with ERP migrations from SAP, Oracle, or legacy systems to Dynamics 365
• Solid understanding of localizations, tax, and compliance requirements across various regions
• Ability to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements and business automation within D365 Finance
