Salesforce Administrator
to help us scale and optimise our digital platforms.
This is the role:
You'll be the go-to expert for our Salesforce environment, supporting both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You'll build flows, dashboards, and reports, manage users, and ensure data quality. You'll also support our Genesys call application and contribute to AI-driven initiatives — from workflow automation to digital agents. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions that improve care operations across Europe.
What you will do:
- Manage users, roles, and permissions in Salesforce.
- Build and maintain flows, dashboards, and reports.
- Support Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes.
- Ensure data quality and compliance.
- Provide functional support for Genesys.
- Identify and implement AI-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

This could be you
- You hold 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, flows, and reporting.
- Experience with functional application support.
- Basic knowledge of Genesys or willingness to learn.
- General understanding of AI, automation, and digital agents.
- Familiarity with Einstein AI and Agentforce is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, (Finnish or Dutch is a plus).
- Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn.
