We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior AI Platform Developer to lead the development of a cutting-edge AI-driven platform that empowers local small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and enhances customer experiences. Based in Stockholm, you will play a critical role in rapidly bringing a new digital product to life combining deep technical expertise with a strong sense of customer value, platform scalability, and market impact. The expected size of the team is 3-5 senior developers enhanced by AI owning the development end to end. A great deal of prototyping has been done to secure a rapid start and high velocity in development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full Platform Build: Architect and build a scalable, AI-powered platform from the ground up from MVP to launch and beyond.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Integrate insights from both consumers and SMBs into the product development process to ensure the platform creates real, local value.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Delivery: Work in an agile, fast-moving environment with short iteration cycles and a strong delivery mindset.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with designers, product owners, marketing, and business leads to ensure technical solutions align with strategic goals.
  • Platform Architecture: Design with scalability, performance, and security in mind, ensuring long-term viability and speed to market.
Your Profile:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI/ML and scalable platforms.
  • Tech Stack Expertise: Skilled in Python, , or Go; cloud platforms like AWS, Huawei, Azure, or GCP; AI/ML tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs.
  • Architecture & Data: Deep understanding of platform architecture, data structures, and modern software design patterns.
  • AI Product Thinking: Experience building or integrating AI features that deliver measurable business value.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, working independently, and delivering in high-pressure situations.
  • Nordic Relevance: Familiarity with the Swedish or Nordic SMB landscape is a strong advantage.
