About the Role

We are looking for
Marketing Assistants
to join our founding team during the brand's pre-launch phase. This is a
creative, dynamic internship
where you will work closely with the co-founders to bring MÅNELLA's narrative to life through social media, influencer relations, campaign execution, and digital storytelling.

This role is perfect for someone who dreams of shaping a luxury brand from its birth — someone with refined taste, aesthetic sensitivity, and curiosity about fashion, branding, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Support the launch campaign across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Assist in influencer collaborations and partnership outreach.
  • Coordinate content shoots, fittings, and pop-up events.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure brand tone and visuals stay consistent.
  • Conduct market and competitor research in luxury, fashion, and lifestyle.
  • Collaborate with the creative and fashion design teams to align visuals and messaging.

Requirements

  • Deep interest in fashion, branding, and digital communication.
  • Sensitivity to aesthetics — Scandinavian minimalism meets luxury femininity.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing and visual storytelling.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Fluent in English

Compensation & Growth

  • This is an
    unpaid internship during the pre-launch phase
    (October–December 2025).
  • Interns who perform well will be offered
    a paid position after launch
    , with salary adjusted based on experience and contribution.
  • You will gain first-hand experience in brand building, strategy, and luxury marketing — working directly with the founders.
