As our CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist your job is to design, implement and improve our business workflows. Your mission is to configure, customize and manage Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Marketing solutions. You will design and optimize marketing automation campaigns, customer journeys and lead nurturing processes. This is done in close collaboration with our sales & marketing department and IT team.
The possibility
You will benefit from your expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate to create automation for lead management from marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge in ensuring data accuracy, segmentation and reporting for marketing performance is crucial in this role. Knowledge in developing C# plugins or custom solutions in MS Dynamics is an advantage.
If you have strong knowledge in MS Dynamics CRM & Marketing Solutions with proven experience in supporting business needs by building automated business workflows, marketing campaigns and lead management we are interested in hearing more about that.
If you also have strong communication skills, insights in the power of collaboration and get inspired from creating solutions that generate revenue having a key role in that, then we want to have a talk with you.
