We are seeking an experienced
PAM/CyberArk IT Security Consultant
to join our cybersecurity team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting PAM developers through the full onboarding process by collaborating with application owners and service providers. You will collect and analyze relevant data to ensure an efficient onboarding pipeline and provide expert guidance on PAM best practices within the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with application owners, providers, and PAM developers to ensure smooth and secure onboarding.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on
    Privileged Access Management (PAM)
    throughout project phases.
  • Gather, validate, and manage data required for efficient onboarding processes.
  • Support change management and risk management initiatives related to PAM.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions aligned with security standards.
  • Promote and implement identity and PAM security best practices across on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams in an
    Agile/Scrum
    environment to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to documentation, analysis, and continuous improvement of PAM controls and processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing and managing
    PAM controls and requirements
    .
  • Solid background in
    risk management
    and
    change management
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    identity and PAM security principles
    (e.g., SoD, Least Privilege, Zero Trust).
  • Familiarity with
    IT processes
    and the
    system development lifecycle (SDLC)
    .
  • Experience working in
    Agile/DevOps
    teams.
  • Knowledge of
    cybersecurity frameworks
    such as CIS, COBIT, NIST, and ISO 2700x.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to bridge business and technical discussions effectively.
  • Fluent in
    English
    (spoken and written).
