About the Role
As Head of Wind & Site, you will lead and develop our Wind & Site team while collaborating closely with other leaders to advance operational excellence. This team plays a key role in ensuring focus is on the right projects and ensure these are optimized, based on data driven analysis, and supported by well-founded strategies for both realization and long-term success. The role is international and spans across all Eolus European countries which are Sweden, Finland, Latvia and Poland as of today.
You will combine strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in daily operations. Your mission is to strengthen the Wind & Site function and its processes by:
Driving structured, proactive project screening and analysis.
Optimizing project performance and profitability.
Developing GIS platforms, tools, and workflows for efficiency.
Establishing frameworks and methods for early-stage project evaluation.
Ensuring quality and data-driven analysis throughout all project phases.
Provide late-stage project support for procurement of third-party energy yield assessments and managing relevant negotiations for main equipment procurement.
You will also:
Lead and coach a team of specialists in a transparent, collaborative environment.
Work closely with senior leadership to execute the business plan and explore opportunities with new technologies.
Support to prioritize and secure profitability across the project portfolio.
Communicate effectively in English with internal and external stakeholders.
Your Profile
5–6 years of relevant experience in renewable energy (preferably wind), greenfield project development, or related fields.
Engineering degree, preferably MSc (energy, technology, physics, or similar).
Proven leadership experience in knowledge-intensive environments.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with advanced data analysis and GIS tools is a plus.
Professional-level English; Scandinavian language skills are an advantage.
Open to travel when required.

Recruitment Process

We begin with a screening call where we review your experiences and expectations. This is followed by a first interview focusing on your career and a second interview where we get to know you in depth.
