To support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking an experienced
Account Executive
to join our dynamic and rapidly growing B2B organization. In this role, you will
be responsible for building your own client base from scratch in the Swedish market
—driving the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Once you win new business, you will
own and nurture those accounts long-term
, ensuring they continue to see value and grow with us. You'll benefit from an attractive commission structure that rewards both new business and client growth.

Your mission:

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue potential clients to build your pipeline
  • Drive outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to create new business opportunities
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover client pain points and tailor solutions
  • Build trust and credibility by demonstrating expertise and delivering value
  • Take full ownership of the accounts you win—managing and expanding them over time
  • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives and optimize performance
  • Continuously expand your industry knowledge to stay ahead of trends and client needs

What we're looking for:

  • A solid track record of success in B2B sales
  • A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and a genuine ambition to grow in an international environment
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
  • Strong ability to build rapport, earn trust, and nurture client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills in
    Swedish
    (both written and verbal), with professional fluency in English
