Vi söker en engagerad och erfaren specialist inom förändring och kommunikation som vill bidra till att driva utveckling i ett globalt sammanhang. Du blir en del av ett team som arbetar med förändringsledning, intern och extern kommunikation, utbildning och kompetensutveckling – där människan alltid står i centrum.

I rollen samarbetar du med centrala funktioner för att bygga effektiva processer, driva engagemang och stödja förändringsarbetet kopplat till pågående globala ERP-utrullningar. Du trivs i en snabb och föränderlig miljö där ingen dag är den andra lik

Ditt uppdrag
  • Arbeta nära HR, chefer och tekniska experter för att stärka organisationens förändringsförmåga
  • Stödja globala initiativ och säkerställa att förändringsaktiviteter följer etablerad metodik
  • Bidra till strategisk kompetensplanering, kunskapsöverföring och reskilling
  • Utvärdera förändringsmognad och följa upp hur nya arbetssätt implementeras
Kravprofil
  • Erfarenhet av större transformationsprojekt, gärna ERP-utrullningar
  • Gedigen erfarenhet av organisatorisk förändringsledning
  • Stark kompetens inom people development och projektledning
  • Förmåga att bygga relationer och samarbeta över gränser
  • Mycket god kommunikationsförmåga på engelska och svenska
Meriterande
  • Erfarenhet av kommunikation och innehållsskapande
  • Bakgrund inom utbildning och kompetensutveckling
