Strategic Sourcing Manager

Om uppdraget
Som Strategic Sourcing Manager kommer du att arbeta med affärs- och projektrelaterade inköpsfrågor kopplade till kundens flygprodukter, främst Gripen och T-7A Trainer. Du ansvarar för långsiktiga relationer med utvalda strategiska leverantörer och driver inköpsprocessen i både nya och befintliga projekt.
Rollen innebär även att agera projektledare för sourcingteamet inom större utvecklingsprojekt samt att bidra till ständiga förbättringar av arbetssätt och metoder. Du förväntas bygga ett starkt nätverk – både internt och externt – och vara en nyckelperson i att säkra leveranser med rätt kvalitet, kostnad och tidsram.
Krav
- Flerårig erfarenhet (minst 8 år) av strategiskt inköp och affärsutveckling inom tekniskt komplexa verksamheter
- Relevant akademisk examen, exempelvis MBA, civilingenjör, jurist (LL.M.) eller motsvarande
- Dokumenterad förmåga att leda inköpsarbetet i stora utvecklingsprojekt
- Stark affärsmässig förmåga samt vana att bygga och underhålla långsiktiga relationer
- Flytande i svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift
- God samarbetsförmåga och drivkraft att bidra till kontinuerlig förbättring
