Stockholm, Stockholm, Sweden Legora AB Full time 450,000 - 750,000 per year
About Us

Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.

Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we're turning possibility into reality.

Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.

When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn't good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you're excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.

We're not just shaping the future of legal tech — we're defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?

The role

As a Product Operations Manager, you'll drive clarity, efficiency, and alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams. You'll combine strategy, operations, and analysis to improve how we build, scale, and support products, turning data into narratives that shape roadmaps and measure product health. Your work will directly influence product strategy and go-to-market success.

What you will be doing:

  • Partner with Product to track product performance, define metrics, analyze feature adoption, to scope and recommend improvements for product excellence.

  • Surface key issues across our features, analyze root causes, and translate findings into clear requirements that improve products and features.

  • Drive complex, fast-moving release management by coordinating across multiple launches and aligning high-level stakeholders across product and the broader organization.

  • Design, implement, and continuously evolve tools and processes that enable faster, more efficient product development and launches.

  • Manage high-severity incidents, escalations, and advocate for tech debt reduction.

Who you are

  • Generalist with 2-4 years experience with a background in CS, Business BSc, Industrial Management, and an interest in product management, data science, and systems thinking.

  • Experience with SQL, Python, and modern BI tools. Comfort with tools like Notion, Linear, analytics platforms, and survey tools.

  • Collaborative, curious, and confident mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and builds scalable processes across the entire product lifecycle and a passion for making products and teams more effective.

  • Problem solver with a strong bias for action and a key interest in operational process improvement.
