The position typically requires 5-7 years or more relevant experience. Knowledge in Chemistry, Dangerous goods and Chemical products to ensure safe and secure Transport of Dangerous Goods for all Modes of Transport i.e. ICAO, IMDG, ADR, RID & ADN Main responsibilities include: Interpret and implementing legislation and practices to identify/mitigate hazardous conditions within transportation and operations. Providing advice and training on Dangerous goods transport handling and conducting audits to ensure compliance with organization and government standards related to hazardous goods. Working independently with limited supervision. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex. Known as subject matter expert and a natural goto person for complex related issues. Strong writing, communication and presentation skills are required.
