About the Role:
We are seeking a committed and structured Hub Manager / Team Lead for a one-year parental leave assignment within a digital and customer experience–driven organization in the energy sector. In this role, you will be part of the CX and Digital Channels department, which is responsible for customer insights, digital channel development, and the creation of seamless digital services and customer journeys. You will lead one of the department's agile development teams, consisting of developers, UX designers, quality assurance specialists, and a Scrum Master. The role includes responsibility for budgeting, governance, security, and delivery in close collaboration with product owners. While you will guide and coach the team in their daily work, you will not hold formal personnel responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budget, resource planning, and allocation for the team
- Develop and drive governance processes, ensuring compliance and security
- Provide coaching and daily support to team members
- Act as a key link between IT, CX design, Architecture, Communications, and other departments
- Follow up on goals, results, and continuously improve ways of working
- Manage and negotiate new and existing agreements
- Participate in leadership forums with other team leads within the department
- Ensure alignment with organizational guidelines, processes, and standards, and contribute to ongoing improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in similar leadership roles, such as Engineering Manager, Project Manager, or Team Lead
- Scrum Master experience is highly advantageous
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with understanding of technology, users, and business needs
- Confident in handling budget, governance, and security responsibilities
- Natural coaching abilities that foster team growth and collective delivery
- Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Engineering Manager
- Previous experience in digital product development or agile organizations
